Holiday art academy is back!
Theres something for all our little creatives with some old favourites and some new activities, try one, or give them all a go. With two weeks of 4 day programmes where young artists (8-12 years) will learn new skills, make new friends or meet up again with old friends, try new materials, and create cool art to take home. Our holiday program provides a stimulating environment for nurturing young creatives.
Week One
Tuesday – Mindful Journaling – Creative mindful Journaling
Wednesday – Moulding the future – Clay day for all
Thursday – We just Click – Story telling with lego
Friday – A dying art – Tie Dye Day
Week Two
Tuesday – Stencil Day – Keeps the doctor away
Wednesday -Cricut and Design Day
Thursday – Weaving through time – Art from nature/Taiao
Friday – Film and Photography day
Toi Māori – After Kura Programme: Term 2

Our Toi Māori After Kura Arts Academy invites tamariki to immerse themselves in the rich cultural traditions of māori art through hands-on experiences. Throughout the program, children will explore various art forms such as Uku, Kowhaiwhai, Whakairo, Raranga, and creating Pou. They will also learn about the importance of Māori atua, including Hine-te-iwaiwa and Hine-ahu-one. This program is designed to encourage creativity and cultural understanding, giving tamariki the tools to express their identity and make sense of their world through art.

Our after-school program offers a safe and welcoming space for your child. The classes are educational and focus on fostering the creative process, encouraging individual creativity, experimentation and personal artistic expression. Our Art Academy offers this over a 9 week programme.
