The Arts Village is located at 1240 Hinemaru Street, Rotorua. Metered and free parking on both Hinemoa Street and Hinemaru Street are also available around our building. We also have our own carpark with limited parking available to those using our building. Two accessible parking spots in our carpark which enter into the back entrance of the building (coming in at the lake-end of the Mosaic Gallery) can also be found. There is also one accessible parking spot on Hinemaru Street at the front of the building.
Our reception is located on a raised area on the ground floor. This is accessible via a ramp on the left hand side as you approach reception. The cafe and gallery/shop space is also accessible via a ramp across from our reception desk.
There is an accessible toilet on the ground level located at the end of the Mosaic Gallery. For parents, we have a change table currently located in the women’s public bathrooms. If you would like this for another bathroom, please ask our staff and we will happily shift it for you.
Our upper levels of Wohlmann House and Lewis House (which house Meeting Room Two and various offices) do not have any wheelchair access and access options are limited due to their limitations as historic spaces.
