Saturday 1st August to Saturday 22nd August, Pleasure Painters Annual Show during The Arts Village opening hours (Studio Gallery) – Explore the Pleasure Painters Annual Group show through artworks created by our local artists who form the group. The works are inspired by the sharing of ideas, friendship, and progress. Works exhibited include Acrylic Paintings, Pen Wash, Oils, Watercolour, Mixed Media, Graphite, and Pencil. July 11th to August 22nd, Self [isolation] Portraits (Cottage and Mosaic Galleries) – ‘Self [isolation] Portraits’ is a portrait exhibition that showcases the artists’ self portraits while in isolation. Open to anyone with links to Rotorua, this group show reflects on the experiences of being in our own bubbles and the times we spent distancing during the lockdown.  This community exhibition has a koha entry fee and is open to artworks of any medium and form.
