The Arts Village has a range of different studio spaces available for hire by the public on an hourly or daily basis. Our studios are varied to suit most activities and are regularly booked for, venues, classes, meetings, workshops, rehearsals, yoga and more. Our main office is only open during business hours, but we can accommodate for after hours use.
There is access to a kitchen with tea and coffee facilities in most spaces. There are several bathrooms located onsite and free parking at the rear of The Arts Village building.
Hourly rates vary depending on the use of the space. We offer discounted rates for art workshops, charities, not-for- profits and community groups.
Spaces Available for Hire:
- Studio Two– can fit 40 people max. Studio 2 has 4 large tables and seats but can be moved to the side if needed. Access to a small kitchenette for a cuppa. We usually hold our art activities here and this room where most of our art groups hold their workshops and weekly sessions.
- Herbert’s Room – can fit 10-15 people. Herbert’s Room has two large wooden tables. Suitable for small, intimate meetings. Herbert’s Room does have a whiteboard, but you must bring your own whiteboard marker.
- Eric Bridgman Room – can fit 25-30 people. Recommended for board meetings, workshops and presentations. Tables are able to be folded away or arranged as you require.
- Meeting Room 2 – can fit 10-15 people. Located upstairs on the 2nd level of Wohlmann House. Suitable for open space workshops, meetings and activities. (Currently fully booked for the next 6 months)
Internet, and a digital projector are hireable with additional costs. Let us know if you require these for your booking when contacting us.
