🎈 School Holidays are next week, and our holida 🎈 School Holidays are next week, and our holiday programme will be running for the two weeks during September/ October ✨ This programme is suitable for arty tamariki aged 8- 12 years. We have spaces in week one & two. Tuesday- Friday, 9am- 3pm Cost: $30 per day per child. All materials are supplied but BYO kai, sunscreen/hat, & drink bottle. Join Jane Solly's fun & relaxed ukulele classes for adults. These classes are at a special price of $25 for two classes, and there is an option if you want to continue next term. Absolute beginner or beginner classes available. Jane will have spare ukuleles available to borrow if you don’t have one ❤️ Limited places are available. The amazing exhibition ‘Not Just Black & White’ opened last night with karakia by CEO Kathryn Curran of St Chads Charitable Trust with whanau, friends and contributing artists. On display is interactive art space erected by Donna Ross who has been a part of the St Chads whanau as art curator for many years and the public is encouraged to engage with this space. The annual exhibition is now open to view until 30th September at The Arts Village Rotorua. Gallery open hours: Tuesday- Friday 9am- 4:30pm, Saturday 10am- 2pm. We opened ‘Ka Waiata Au’ last night with the w We opened ‘Ka Waiata Au’ last night with the whare full with whanau and waiata, with a special small ceremony for Trevor Maxwell who became the patron for the Aronui Indigenous Arts Festival. Visual and Performing artist Erena Koopu exhibition is now open to view until 24th September at The Arts Village Rotorua. The exhibition is an extension of exploration of waiata (song) in paint.
