MERRY CHRISTMAS FROM ALL OF US AT THE ARTS VILLAGE!

A look back over December...

It's been a while since we posted our latest news on the website. To fill you in on what's been happening here at the village we thought a look back over December would be achieved best with some great photos we've taken of the lovely members of our community, our events and our cool projects.

The big "goings on" we've had this month:

  • 'The 200 Show' exhibition - opening night 2nd December 2016
  • Open Studios Project, our 6 week summer residency - official opening night 15th December 2016
  • The Arts Village Big Christmas Market - 17th December 2016
  • School Holiday Kids Art Workshop - 21st & 22nd December with Nicola Wright & Lani Eyles

We also want to take this time to offer our gratitude and thanks to every member of the community who has supported us this year in our endeavours. You have made all our achievements possible and we could not do it without the help of our funders, trust members, volunteers, members of the public & staff.

MERRY CHRISTMAS & HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU ALL!

September/October School Holidays!

We have an awesome programme coming up for the School Holiday Programme in September/October with a range of fun days for both the 5-7 and 8-12 year old age groups.

We have a 1:10 ratio of supervision and make sure that our classes re taught by artists and creative educators; this isn't babysitting, this is art school!

The programme is out now and spaces are filling up fast, we have been able to add one more day on for the 5-7 year old age group this time around - we hope to have more days for this age group next year (funding-dependant).
